Looking Forward To Next Year

We decided since the end of the year is coming up we might as well ask some of our sophomores at Woods Cross what they are excited for next year when they will be juniors! We asked them questions like “what classes are you excited for?” “What do you think is going to be different about next year?” “Are you excited to meet all the new sophomores next year?” Here are some of the answers we got from the students that we interviewed!

Kailee Olsen was one of the first people we interviewed, she said, “Yes, I am way excited for all the new sophomores to come to Woods Cross next year, because then we won’t be the youngest anymore! Classes I am excited for…umm I am really excited for dance and child development, I think those two classes will be really fun next year! Things…that are going to be different…hmmm well we will all be driving next year and that’s pretty cool. And we will all know some of the teachers better and we won’t be lost at the school like this year!

Abby Foster was our next victim to interview and she said “Yeah I am excited for the new sophomores because we will make new friends! Classes I am excited for are…well I don’t really have any specific ones…but we will be able to take the more advanced classes on other things we have taken like art! Things that are going to be different…well I don’t think much is going to be different, I just think we will be more comfortable at school and less stressed out about grades and such!”

These sophomores are obviously excited for next year and we know a lot more in our school are excited too! We have had a pretty awesome year sophomore’s, so wahoooo! Let’s make next year just as good!
