Wood Cross High School is very proud of its exceptional band. Over the years, the band has accumulated many trophies and praise. They always do a fantastic job, and the concerts are impeccable.

The band has been working hard this year to improve even more. They practiced through the summer, and have many after school practices. This year, our seniors have progressed much since their debut as sophomores. They are excited to show off their musical talents, and would love for everyone to attend their first concert of 2011-2012 school year.

This first concert will be held on October 26, at 7:00 PM in the Woods Cross auditorium. The band will be playing patriotic themed music, in honors of those who died on 9/11, and the men and women who served and do serve in the military. Jazz band, Jazz combo’s, the drum line, and the pep band will be treating the audience to their musical prowess.

There is no admission, but donations to the band are more than welcome.

Come support the band in their first concert!
